The Combined Power of Real Free-Enterprise
and Residual Income

My area of expertise is making money in what I call the "real free-enterprise sector." By "real free enterprise" I mean free enterprise taken to its logical consistency.

In a real free-enterprise system you have an undiluted right to own property. You also own the fruit of your labor — 100% of it. In a real free-enterprise economy there can be no taxes. That’s because taxes, being property collected by force or threat of force, are a violation of undiluted property rights.

Amazingly enough, the U.S. Supreme Court used to acknowledge
your right to operate a real free-enterprise business.

It is ironic that there was a time right here in America when much of the above was taken for granted, as reflected by the following famous citation from the U.S. Supreme Court:

"The individual may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited. He owes no such duty [to submit his books and papers for an examination] to the State, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his life and property. His rights are such as existed by the law of the land [Common Law] long antecedent to the organization of the State, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in accordance with the Constitution. Among his rights are a refusal to incriminate himself, and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest or seizure except under a warrant of the law. He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights."

Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 at 47 (1905)

Despite the pervasive reach of politicians, bureaucrats, and their armed police, it is possible — even in "modern America" with its extensive loss of freedom — to live your life and conduct your affairs in accordance with the Hale v. Henkel ruling. In fact, it is possible to run your business according to these same principles — if you know how!

Massive Profits From Real Free Enterprise!

Now let me give you an example of how much money can be made in the real free-enterprise sector. Two of the reasons why the real free-enterprise sector tends to be so profitable is that it is free from taxation and also free from government regulation. Believe it or not, it is possible today in America to operate certain types of businesses in accordance with the principles of the U.S. Constitution as expressed in Hale v. Henkel!

The earnings formula was changed in July 1996 resulting in a decline of earnings of about 50%. Soon after that, the earnings dropped to zero. I believe in what I call "The Economic Means to Freedom." The most important factor determining your level of freedom is how much money you have, how much you earn, and your ability to keep your money safe from the marauding hands of politicians, bureaucrats, and their armed police. If you live your life as an economic "subject" or "slave" of others, they will drain away both your wealth and your opportunities.

Suppose there were actions you could take to increase your personal freedom, while also increasing the personal freedom of those around you — and at the same time these actions make you money, and make money for those around you.

Anyway, be all this as it may, the important thing for you is to make money and keep the money you make.
